This pancake stall was opened by a young lady at Toa Payoh, before moving to current place at Geylang East Centre Market & Food Corner.
Opened from early morning, seeing many people would drop by to grab some for breakfast.
Nice texture of pancake with generous peanuts in between.
Eva's Pancake is a new min jiang kueh stall runned by a young ex-accountant turned hawker who took the plunge earlier this year to start her own stall.
Eva's min jiang kuehs are soft and pillowy, and start at $1.10. I personally prefer her peanut + peanut butter pancakes ($1.30) as you get the creamy peanut butter with the crunch of crushed peanuts. I like that her fillings are not saccharine sweet.
If you are a fan of old school min jiang kueh, this is definitely one stall you should check out!
