Crisp still disappears after awhile, the onion was quite fragrant

The flavour is really v good, maybe it's not obvious from the colour but there's good body. There's crunchy from veggies, the fried egg, and ikan bilis(less than before). The crunchiness of the ikan bilis deproving meant it wasnt the world beater it once was but it's still a very good version

Interior was wayyyyyy too hot, flavour was excellent as ever but as you're allowing it to cool the prata loses it's crisp very quickly

Sad

Don't ever takeaway this. The ikan bilis turns soggy after 5mins in the closed container. I ruined an amazing fried rice :((

Waking up early and enjoying this incredibly crispy prata around my neighbourhood this morning! A welcome change to my palate, after the wave of heavy feasting during the first three days of the Lunar New Year. ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป

The thickness gives it a substantial bite, the crisp stays for a while but it's abit confusing because it's sweet inside yet because the sugar was applied randomly, some parts aren't sweet. Yet it's served with curry

I guess you either eat it plain or just have curry with every bite, the curry overwhelms the sugar anyway.

Maggi spiced? Quite mild quite meh

Minced mutton isn't as good as their shredded mutton, murtabak has a nice crisp but it doesn't last long, basically turns soggy around the time you're done with one quarter

Pictured is half portion, they split it for us.

Maybe my first time having this. There's this darkness to the taste and it's less sweet than just milo. The coffee doesn't come through too strongly, it's just a hint

Not many Chinese are familiar w this dish, it's basically chopped up and stir fried prata. In fact I rarely even see this on the menu normally, so I'm glad I found it here

Their mutton is good as ever. It's abit unfortunate that their prata texture isn't the best for kothu prata, it's somewhat soggy when stir fried. However the combination of eggs and spices still made this quite enjoyable

A very good Prata place in Jurong East. The pratas are crispy on the outside by fluffy on the inside. Fish curry is quite normal but the sambal is to kill for.

Queues can develop very quickly because the place is small with limited tables inside and outside. So come early during mealtimes.

Minimum order 2 pieces @$1.40.

This indeed is the top 3 best plain prata I ever had. No.1 for crispiness, like machiam eat biscuit.

Comes with sambal and fish curry.

But my preference is to eat with Sugar.

Enaq has always been in my top 3 pratas I ever had in Singapore. Whenever I pass by, it will always cross my mind to drop by for 2 plain pratas.

Seats here are limited, thank goodness there's a queue system here now, last time don't have, and it was hell of messy.

The Murtakbak portion was damn huge, it was crispy, and comes with chicken curry and sambal sauce.

Great for sharing if eating in a group of 4.

Kothu Prata Is basically strips of prata stir fried with onions, chicken bits, curry leaves etc. Quite gelat.

Taste rather good but start to grease out very quickly, can't even finish this. And every 3 Bites of this, I will get to chill on chicken bones.

I would suggest to get the mutton version for this, chewing on chicken bone bits was rather off-putting.

Other than their crispy prata,Maggie Goreng Egg is one of the popular items here, of the few times I came, noticed a rather few tables ordering this. It was rather flavourful, but not really very fantastic.

Either way, I will always come back here for the Crispy plain Prata.

Their Murtabak is still good, very crispy for 10mins at least, more than enough time to finish if you're sharing. Plus it's really huge, good to share between 2

Huge portion, perfect to share between 2. Maggie seasoning i think, and theres sufficiently wok hei. So pretty good

Dont leave it to the next day cos the texture hardens and is bad

A very wet version, basically curry, but the gravy was good. Ckn was tender too

Not bad at all

Apart from the hack that everyone knows about ordering a weird Prata, this was also fragrant and more crispy than the egg one surprisingly. Good choice if u dont want Plain but still want a crispy prata

The dining experience is still uncomfortable though. There's a long wait for seats, after you're seated there's a long wait for food cos they're taking a lot of delivery orders, the tables are very close and it's very squeezy, plus there's some tables who are very inconsiderate and they don't get shooed when they sit and chat after they're done despite the long queue forming
