What a fantastic Sunday in Singapore for some La Bamba La Fiesta! Got to relive our Europe travels witnessing the largest paella cooked by Chef Houssein Hafian (and probably the yummiest ever, we counted there were at least 6 jugs of prawn stock infused in that paella rice), spectacular croquetas de trufas, pocadillo de jamón, sangria, salsa music (swipe💃🏻!!), who can resist?! Thank you for all the happy and fun vibes. We couldn't have asked for a better weekend! Can't wait for the next #LaFiestaTardeo!

While the flavors were quite nice, especially with the aioli, the shape of the potatoes meant it was overly fried and quite difficult to cut.
I Guess that rice is really cooked well with prawns. Churros are really good though Super oily .. #burpple #burpplesg #espanolfood #tapas #churros
