Wagyu tri-tip steak, scrambled egg, arugula, brioche. This isn't on the regular menu but the beef attracted me. It's overall decent, but come on, eggs are really not such a big deal.

Six pieces! That's 90c per piece. It's nice, which I'm sure the duck fat helped, but it was so devoid of truffle that we questioned if they forgot.

Ground angus beef, egg, caramelised onions, pickles, cheddar cheese, dijonnaise, brioche. All the ingredients were competent, but it's expected at such a place. What's disappointing was, one, the runny yolk became an absolute mess, and two, eggs are really not such a big deal.
