Limited variety and quality of food was subpar. Way below expectations given the rave reviews. Will not return again, not value for money at all.
Due to Covid, Edge does their breakfast buffets via an online ordering system, where you scan the barcode on the table and submit orders from your phone.
They group the food up, such as the breakfast foods (eggs, sausage, tomato) into one order, which is great for convenience but not so great if you want to get more of a certain food item, or if you want to mix and match - the sets are standard. You can still request for individual dishes from the staff, but this is a little more troublesome.
I really liked scrambled eggs so I ordered an additional serving of it. Texture was great, really creamy. It couldāve been slightly more fragrant though as it was really bland.
We were given an hourās dining time, which was slightly short but adequate.
My sisters and I have our x'mas dinner at the Edge annually. This is what I look forward to the most, the chocolate/strawberry (think it might be raspberry actually) fountain. I love getting fresh fruit from the fruit bar to dip in the chocolate sauce š
Buffet dinner at $108++ pp
First time brought my mum to international lunch buffet on a quiet Monday. They served wide range of varieties from asian to western. Service was good and price was reasonable.
If you've got a date who loves street food, this is your cue! Priding itself on an Asian street food concept, the buffet (from $55) at Pan Pacific boasts seven open kitchens, replete with live cooking theatrics. Hot picks by the community include the Kimberley Street Kway Chap and the juicy Salted Egg Crispy Prawns. Burppler Tammy Wee also implores you to finish on a sweet note ā melt-in-your-mouth cubes of assorted Soft Chocolate!
