there was quite a generous amount of lobster and scallop chunks. Every grain of rice was coated with lobster-infused cream sauce. Though the dish looked rather small, the cream made it substantial. [7/10]

cooked to al dente and came with fresh prawns as well as bits of walnuts. The truffle flavour was not very prominent as the sauce overpowered the taste and the nuts did not really elevate the dish. Nonetheless, the cream sauce was delicious but it could get too rich for us ๐Ÿ˜ฌ [6.5/10]

not very sure of the prices, rough estimate!
- fish ahoy ($12.90)
fish fillet came with PERFECTLY fried curly fries. it was so tender, when i cut it with the knife it kinda fell apart so i had to resort to the fork
- hawaiian pizza ($10.90)
flavour was a little off compared to the hawaiian pizzas iโ€™ve tasted but i love the crunchy thin crust
service staff were all so nice and friendly aaaa
definitely am coming back!!

came here after a hike and we decided to order the Captains Carbonara Pasta ($16) +$3 if you would like to add pasta

Taste:
1. Spaghetti: The texture of the spaghetti is 10/10, very well cooked !!
2. Sauce: Well marinated and goes well with the bacon and spaghetti so Iโ€™ll give it a 10/10 too !
3. Bacon: itโ€™s really salty for someone like me with a strong taste buds so Iโ€™ll give it a 6/10 .

Plating:
Well served in a aesthetic pasta plate-bowl but TBH, I believe they can do so much better for a cafe as you can see on the plate thereโ€™s some water droplets(?) but weโ€™re cool and happy with the food !

acai & yogurt were very compatible yumyum
the SUPERBOWL - SMALL ACAI-GURU was just too tiny for the price

Soup is thick & rich, loaded with chunks of mushroom; topped with crispy garlic croutons; mild truffle taste; sourdough at the side is well-toasted & fluffy..

Fresh crunchy lettuce tossed in sweet chilli lime dressing, with pomelo, pomegranate, sakura ebi, peanuts & crunchy glass prawn; sweet & sour taste; very appetising & refreshing on a hot day; the only raw grass dish that I can finish all by myself..

Waffle is crispy outside but lack of fluffiness inside; passionfruit sorbet taste sour & refreshing; eaglewings special taste unique & interesting, like a mixture of all gelato into 1; blue color reminds me of cookie monster; but very sweet..

Not a fan of scones but they are surprisingly moist & slight crumbly; raspberry scones (sweet) with mild fruity, not overly sweet; for the other scones (salty), the ham & cheese taste is quite mild..

Al-dente squid ink pasta tossed in truffle infused mushroom bacon cream sauce; sauce is very rich with chunks of mushroom; fragrant with light truffle taste; with crunchy glass prawn; would be better with fresh tiger prawn instead; with walnuts that add crunch to the dish; best for sharing as may get jelat..

Buns are fluffy & lightly toasted; patty is firm, juicy & with smoky taste, served medium; bacon is not salty or dry; topped with sunny side up with oozing yolk; sweet potato fries are crispy outside & soft inside, natural sweetness & zero greasiness feel..

Probably the best risotto I've eaten; rice is soft, not mushy, very flavorful as soaked up the lobster broth; creamy but not jelat; with chunks of lobster meat, scallop & prawn that tasted fresh, firm & crunchy, no fishy taste; tobiko add popping crunch to the dish; must try..

Finally decided to try something else other than their lobster risotto, pomelo and prawn salad and Indonesian fried rice (which are all really good) ๐Ÿ˜‚

The lobster submarine roll is definitely one item that should be eaten at the restaurant itself rather than delivered or taken away. The brioche roll is lightly toasted and warm to the touch, with enough firmness to hold the generous chunks of lobster meat.

Mushroom Risotto

Italian rice cooked with broth until creamy consistency. Every grain of rice was soft and firm to the bite. This is my go-to order when I visit @eaglewingsloft , or Lobster Risotto when I feel like splurging.

$18++

Rather average waffle and gelato. Not cheap at $12. Recommend their main food instead

Crab Meat Fried Rice with Chicken Wing, Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce, Fried Egg and Crispy Salted Egg Fish Skins on the side

Islandwide Delivery available at EagleWings Loft! I can enjoy the delicious and creamy risotto right after I wake up at my own comfort! Food server was still warm and I finished every last drop. What a time to be available, I still get to eat brownie and baileys gelato!

Panna cotta had some flavour, but the waitress said it was plain. Jasmine lemon has a pungent aroma, and was slightly too sour on its own. Peach was the normal canned peach and the ume soil was more butter cookies than anything else, though it did contribute a nice butter aroma when eaten with the other components. Lacks the sauce (there's supposed to be a white peach glaze?). It's supposed to be a quite casual place, idk why they're trying such "complicated" desserts.

Breakfast lasts till 3pm. For $10, you get a choice of bread (pancakes, brioche or scones) and a choice of eggs, with a variety of optional add-ons. I had brioche, which was wonderfully fragrant, and nicely toasted with a thin crispy crust that stayed crispy throughout the meal, and a soft interior. Scrambled eggs were soft, moist and perfectly done. Even the tomato was sweeter than expected. It's a big portion, much bigger than I expected for the price. The staff were lovely too and took the initiative to keep refilling my water.
