This Cantonese restaurant naturally has pretty good roast meats; their char siew is savoury sweet, and moist in texture because of the decadent silvers of fat in the middle!

Peking Duck Served 4 Ways (S$98) - Peking Duck, a perennial favourite at Dragon Bowl, is now served 4 ways! The Peking Duck is expertly roasted by the Chefs, resulting in crispy skin that will please even the fussiest of diners. The first way is as their Signature Roasted Fragrance Peking Duck, a favourite of many Dragon Bowl diners. The second way of serving is as Diced Duck Meat with Special Sauce. Diced duck meat is wrapped with fresh lettuce and cucumber and comes with a special mouth-watering refreshing dip that will leave you wanting for more. Next, the duck is served in a Double Boiled Salted Vegetable Duck Soup, both nourishing and comforting. As a last course, you can choose to have the remaining Duck Meat to be fried with rice or braised with E Fu Noodles.

I enjoyed the soft brinjal flavoured with the palatable black sauce it was drenched in. The black sauce contained little pieces of garlic, fresh chili, minced meat and mushroom, so you can imagine how delicious it was.
