[CLOSED] Dough & Grains (Century Square)

I apologize for the poorly taken photo but this will not stop me from sharing my joy that the unique bakery using traditional Chinese ingredient is here at tampines century square basement 2 (outside NTUC)! The polo bun was very healthy tasting (no taste of butter or oiliness ) only drawback would be that the polo crust was rather hard but still decent bun overall! The red ruby on the other hand was herbal chicken filling nestled in the bun, interesting!!! If you are looking for unique, healthy yet tasty bread look no further (-:
