๐Ÿš Pork Cutlet Egg Fried Rice (9.5/10)
The pork cutlet is crispy and chewy, and the fried rice is so fragrant. I love DTF's rice, it's oily while not being too oily and it's soft without being mushy. Not to mention how they use pearl rice, which makes me feel like royalty. Truly, every grain is like a precious pearl. I'm hungry now.

๐ŸฅŸ Pork Xiao Long Bao (9.3/10)
The pork is juicy and tender, and the soup is so refreshing (provided you don't bite into it immediately after it's been served, or you'll burn your tongue lol), you really can't go wrong with some classic xiao long bao!

Ordered a basic Yu sheng for CNY lunch for 3. There are options to add on more ingredients like abalone or salmon but we didnโ€™t choose to do so. Asked for less oil to be poured and the staff gladly obliged. While not a visually stunning Yu sheng, I think it had a good amount of pickled veg and fresh veg. What I liked the most was the fried yam sticks that added a satisfying crunch! Whatโ€™s unique about their Yu sheng is the addition of chestnuts which I donโ€™t usually see in other restaurant Yu shengs. I donโ€™t think it added much to the taste but it was an interesting addition nonetheless!

Pretty arrangement of standard yu sheng ingredients thatโ€™s fresh and crunchy in every bite. My favourite got to be Din Tai Fung unique crispy yam strips! Itโ€™s so fragrant and crispy. They offer vegetarian yu sheng as well

The small version of the Prosperity Smoked Salmon Yu Sheng (S$32.80) might have lost its appeal because of the price tag, but I really liked having this one every year because of the super-finely shredded vegetables and the crunchy yam strips. The latter added a nice fragrance touch to the festive treat, nice enough for me to willingly ditch the golden crackers for this.

The small plate could serve 2 to 3 persons.

Sliced Duck in Crispy Spring Onion Pastry, Xiao Long Baos with Crabmeat, Fried Rice with Shrimps and Eggs and Noodles with Spicy Sauce.

Fragrant Pork with Crushed Garlic ($8.30) ๐Ÿ–
Extremely enjoyable when shared with like-minded kaki who is also a lover for cucumber, garlic & food ๐Ÿ˜˜
I must say the sweetness of the thinly sliced pork, the shiokness from the garlic & the crunchiness of the cucumbers really really made our Friday ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ #burpple
