Realised that most of the dishes I whipped up always incorporate my Barney's Barn eggs (not sponsored). Just them eggs, Japanese fish cakes, seaweed crisps with kimchi fried rice (ran out of kimchi sigh) & sprinkles of those organic chia everywhere anywhere. Great lunch y'all! 😀

Vegan summer pasta in a jar with mixed bell peppers, shiitake mushrooms, seaweed, sesame seeds, herbs, garlic & olives. Trying to clear the fridge before I leave, loving all these new combinations. Won't get to cook much when I'm there anyway, so this is great.
All my hiking plans got cancelled & I don't really want to go anywhere near civilisation (first world problem I can't avoid). But yeah always grateful that I can always have food delivered to my place, makes life so much easier.
