Kinda wishing I could lower my face to a hovering position right over a bowl of comforting ramen and slurp it all up right now. BUT NO. I just went to the gym, so in order not to waste my efforts, I'm having a piece of poached salmon with a side of shredded chicken salad โน๏ธ .
Well, one can dream, right?
A bit salty yet don't have the kick of a true Jiro ramen. The chasu is very nice though.
