Perfect one pot dish for a rainy weather.

Nutty flavour with assorted vegetables, canned Dace fish ( which gives the punch in flavour ) and a stir fried egg white .

Yummilicious !

Despite over time alot of new restaurants are open... but for some reason we just headed for the regular affordable, Chinese restaurant... Had the half Peking Duck @ $32.80 top up $12 for the duck meat to be converted to Duck Ee Fu Noodles... Portion is good for 3-4pax... Definitely worth the money spent...

There are days when having your food served out of a hot Claypot makes all the difference .

This steaming hot pot of mixed vegetables and mushrooms was complemented with a smooth vermicelli which soaks up all the umami goodness of the Conpoy and the dried shrimps.

Such simple ingredients but what a complexity of taste and textures .
