Over at Crystal Jade Pavilion & Crystal Jade Golden Palace, fans of ginger 🫚 will like their Peach Gum, Lotus Seed & Lily Bulb in Luo Han Guo with Wendong Ginger Sweet Soup ($9.80). It sure bears the intense heat of ginger! 🔥

End your meal on a sweet note with their Cheng Tng Sweet Soup with Six Treasures & Golden Luo Han Guo in Whole Fresh Coconut ($13.80++) 🥥! I know its name is quite a mouthful; so is the dessert! 😍 A chockful of premium ingredients like peach gum, white fungus 🤍, ginkgo, dried longans & lotus seeds, this was so refreshing!

For some healthy eats, have their Poached Choy Sum, Black Fungus & Cordyceps Flower in Chinese Ginger Wine ($24.80++) 🥬! Very healthy and light tasting.

One of my favourite dishes here is their Pan-fried Sliced Duck & Foie Gras with Crepe ($18.80++)! ❤️❤️❤️ Featuring a meaty slice of crispy-skin roast duck 🦆, creamy pan-fried foie gras & crispy fried beancurd skin to be wrapped in a homemade crepe with julienne tomatoes, leeks, cucumber 🥒 & butterhead lettuce, this spin-off of the classic Peking Duck is stellar! 😍
