Colony (The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore)

I thought the Chicken Pie & crisp Cheese Lavosh Crackers were such a brilliant pairing!

This high tea felt complete with unlimited Mandarin Oolong Tea (which I was so glad they proactively refilled constantly because it’s literally so good) & Champagne 🥂

For the desserts, I was obsessed with the Cherry Chocolate Tart. Rich chocolate with sour cherry - too good🤤🤤🤤

petite fours were okay~

The Seafood Rendang Sandwich was one I didn’t expect myself to love. The king crab on top of the pillowy pandan bread was so FRESH.

I’m a sucker for scones so those were a win for me!

I am surprised that with such a wide variety of cuisine and dishes, most of the dishes at Colony are of excellent quality. There are quite a few note-worthy dishes, make sure to try those.
