The King Oyster Mushroom with Truffle Cream Pasta was tasty. 😍 Portion was big and are generous with the ingredients.
Food at Collin’s are nice and affordable that makes me keep going back.

Have to post this pasta because my friend is not a cream pasta fans but keep saying that it is nice.😂 Will definitely come back for the pasta again 😌

I got the 1 for 1 deal burpple and tried the mixed grill! ($20 per pax). The mixed grill consist of one large sausage, mixed vege, a potato mash , grilled chicken and pork. The proteins were beautifully seasoned. This goes especially well with the brown sauce 😳😳 However, the pork was a bit dry thus pairing it with the sauce is ideal. The vege platter tasted pretty normal, a touch more seasoning would be better. The sausage tasted smokey and delicious!

Side note: I completed the meal with a drink and mushroom soup as well! The soup was really delicious. It was thick, creamy and seasoning was on point. Mushrooms were cut in chunks so that brought texture to the soup as well! A well made soup :))

All in all, this deal is definitely worth it a try and would come back again if I ever have this deal 😁 A little too pricey without the deal at $20 thus definitely recommend using the deal.

1-for-1 with #burpplebeyond!

Homegrown brand Collin’s serves affordable western cuisine of an extensive selection at more than 23 outlets islandwide. We had the Collin’s mixed grill, featuring chicken chop which I felt more like a piece of succulent roasted chicken and paired pretty well with the pesto cream sauce, summer Kabana pork sausage, and pork chop that was far from tender. Thankfully the black pepper sauce made it more chewable. Served with seasonal vegetables and what we enjoyed the most, mushroom potato au gratin. We were surprised that the mushroom potato au gratin, that contained potato chunks, were executed pretty well, without being too dry nor salty. The gratin especially was delicious.

Thanks to Burpple Beyond, we enjoyed 2 mixed grills at the price of 1, extremely worth it for meat lovers! The portion was huge (I didn’t manage to finish my serving) albeit the tough pork chop.
