Set menu comes with salad, garlic fried rice, Hokkaido potato salad and 3 dips. Very satisfying slab of meat where you can grill it to the redness of your preference. My only gripe will be the sizzling oil will splatter all over and your hair + clothes will soon be consumed with the smell of what you had.
All of the raw meats are not marinated, so you can expect to taste the natural goodness and flavours of each piece of meat. Sea salt, wine sauce and mustard sauce are served alongside the Australian Tenderloin Steak.
