Addictive. That's why we ordered it again. There's really too little mushrooms in there.

I already knew this was savoury not sweet, but this time it was worse. So thick and dry we couldn't finish it.

Chicken, pork belly, lamb, potato, shiitake mushrooms. Happy problem: it's hard to tell chicken and pork apart as they're both equally tender.

I usually like this uncommon veg but here it's a little raw, not helped by the also quite raw tau gey.

The expensive lamb at most PRC restaurants. It had good meat, fat and skin, but substantial tough meat too.

Still good, but slightly different from other places. They're oilier and stickier.
