If you are looking for some authentic lor mee in Hong Lim Complex other than Ma Bo Lor Mee, Chuan Bee Lor Mee would be the choice. Located near to Ma Bo Lor Mee, they sell Lor Mee for $4 and $5. I really like their fried fish which crispy and big enough.
They are generous with their ingredients, thick slices of fish cake, braised pork belly, 2 fried fishes and not forgetting their special Ngor Hiang that’s in round ball shape. Love the gravy that’s flavourful, thick and tasty which goes so well with everything in the bowl!
