Another highlight is the truffle ebiko rice, very unique, first time having it in a chirashi. Made the whole meal enjoyable cause usually I don’t like the plain rice in most chirashi dons.

The star of the show was probably their truffle rice (mixed with tobiko), though it wasn’t as amazing as I remembered it to be. Taste-wise, both their aburi salmon and scallop didn’t disappoint and were packed with flavour. Portion-wise, it’s quite substantial for me but I wished the salmon slices were thicker though.

P.S. Compared to what I had in 2018 at their Tanjong Pagar outlet, it seemed like their standard has dropped. By the way, I had this at their Sunshine Plaza outlet, which has the lowest Google rating (3.7⭐️) among the rest…😂

Every time passing by this shop, always has strong aroma of truffle. One day, I decided to dropped by and find out. Apparently, every dish that has the rice base, it will be served with a fragrant truffle rice. I topped up another $2 for an extra seaweed & jellyfish. Overall, it’s an affordable meal. Perhaps because it’s near NAFA & LASALLE college which has a lot of students.

Salmon was surprisingly fresh, and they gave a generous amount of dressing. Generous portion too and it’s in the low $10s! Mentaiko was creamy without the mayo being overpowering too
But the star of the dish is definitely the rice I love the rice

Little food store in sunshine plaza but with amazing chirashi bowls. The salmon belly was so smooth and fresh. The rice was very flavorful too. All this for $13.90. I think it's pretty affordable. Would come back again ☺️
