Chinese Tofu Magician 半仙豆夫 (Chinatown Point)

The original soy milk tea comes with a layer of beancurd at the bottom, soy milk in the middle followed by a layer of rich and creamy soy milk foam then finished off with sprinkles of roasted soy powder and a stick of 3 chewy white jade balls. The sesame one is similar without the roasted soy powder but comes with a more nutty taste.

The white jade balls were basically plain chewy mochi that goes well with the flavourful soy milk foam. The sesame ones are similar to the original except it comes coated with black and white sesame seeds.

I personally preferred the original for its pure soy flavour but the sesame one was good with a strong nutty fragrance and taste to the beverage. Both flavours were creamy, not too sweet and it can get a little filling on the stomach. The price is also rather steep for a drink so I would recommend sharing it with someone else 》$6.20 (cold) / cup

This one was slightly better, the tea and the fruitiness worked well, but still could have been abit stronger overall

The jellies and wtv were interesting but this was a tad mild

Had their original one before at their 1st outlet and felt it was okay. This time chose the black sesame at their chinatown outlet and I admit that the black sesame taste better than the original.
Well, the drink is just like their ordinary soy milk tea with slight sweetness but modified to black sesame taste, topped with sweet, smooth and creamy black sesame soy foam and plain mochi coated with black sesame. Comes with nice jelly bits in it.
Thank you, cute uncle staff. We say want take photo, he help us un-cap the cup, clean the tray and add some decor. Feel so paiseh.🤭 Also, this is when we realised their cap cover is so freaking hard to open lah. A proof that indicate the cap seal is leak-proof.
