Chihuly Lounge (The Ritz-Carlton Singapore)

The classic cocktail showcases both Citadelle gin as well as the aromatic charms of the coffee blend from local roasters Bettr Barista, with S$2 from every sale of the cocktail to be donated to Willing Hearts, a secular charity which operates a soup kitchen.

Love this place for high tea, came with a mock tail, a chicken starter with truffle mash (see other post) and a tiered set. As if you still had room, you get a sorbet and a tray of cookies which you could choose (3out of 14) I’d recommend the pistachio cookies!!

Great ambience, comfy chairs. Although it’s 8 courses , you don’t leave feeling super bloated. Good selection of savouries and sweets. 58sgd per pax.

🍔🍔🍔 Small in size, but packed a punch. The lightly-toasted burger buns were soft, filled with a juicy beef patty, a creamy slice of foie gras, and chorizo marmalade, all of which enhance the flavours of the mini burger.
