Was amazed that a fast food served chicken pot pie ($7.50) hence decided to give it a try.
Size is bigger than I expect and quite generous amount of ingredients. Only thing is that the soup is kind of blend. It will be better if they have salt and pepper for customer available to use
Crispy outer and tender fish. Enjoyed the fish very much.
Variety of sides to choose from, which was great. Loved the onion rings (not featured). Mashed potato tasted slightly undercooked, could be more creamy.
Still one of the best Western/fast food chains. The fish was on the dry side but hey, the price. Drumstick was crispy and juicy. With sides sweet potato fries and cream of chicken soup. The latter was full of ingredients.
Cheesy chicken burger- $6.50
Chicken and fried fish set -$8.90
The burger was humongous but the chicken was a tad dry. The chicken and fried fish set was the star for me . Fish was tender and moist in the inside and crispy on the outside .
If you are looking for affordable fast food options apart from macdonalds at marina square do check out chic-a-boo and order the chicken and fried fish set ⭐️
Fried chicken set [$25]: Comes with 6 piece chicken, 6 nuggets and 3 side dishes: Personally, I was a fan of the fried chicken as it was juicier as compared to other fried chicken and the seasoning was pretty interesting too. Rather savoury and had a herby flavour... Huge shoutout to the sweet potato fries as it was my favourite side dish🥰 Definitely good for sharing and worth for value😋
6 pc Mozzarella cheese stick [$5.90]: this was da bomb, it had a rather legit cheese pull and the cheese taste was pretty full! Definitely not the best but still pretty good :)
4⭐ WB craves for Chic-A-Boo chicken and he told he 很怀念 the chicken here, 😂 so here we are. Ordered 3 piece chicken meal as he's not full from dinner at Redpan. He had 1 piece spicy & 1 piece original but I couldn't finish the 1 piece original. Their chicken are finger licking good. We are surprised that Chic A Boo Chicken is under the Aston brand and is halal.
