Cheers cut is a great Taiwanese Fusion place. This dish is amazing with tender grilled chicken, flat noodles and steamed greens. Yummy!
Comes with self served clear super with sea weed.
Fried food tend to be crowd pleasers but these beef cubes were not a disappointment either. Beef was well seasoned with hints of black pepper, chewy and tender. No overly beefy smell, melts in your mouth with every chew. Definitely qualifies as above the average stir fried ginger beef with rice zichar as this one has a nice exterior glaze with some char aroma that adds to the overall bite. Will consider trying the Armed Forces Set (chicken, squid, beef) next time!
My experiences here had been mixed, but this was an utter joke. That's six slices of belly. If your dish is one protein with rice, at least respect your protein. Shouldn't pork belly rice use at least thick cuts? The cook even slowly grilled the thin slices in front of me, mistaking it for effort.
Healthy fix but probably would request for less sauce on the rice next time. It was a little too much and salty. Chicken was tender and nicely grilled.
This stall is Taiwanese and lots of fried food so I foresee popularity. Novelty is in the sauces that go with the cutlet. But the chicken, as the centrepiece, isn't fantastic.
Situated inside the Food Republic, the basement food court at Shaw Centre. This Taiwan restaurant sell all Taiwanese-inspired cuisine with their signature crispy chicken. The portion was generous and the crispy chicken is tender. You get to choose the sauce. $7.90
