One of the best I have had.
The ambience is amazing -
You look out into the sea 🌊.

For sure, the main draw of lunching at Changi Sailing Club is having the breeze in your hair while gazing at an expansive view of the sea with bobbing boats and stately tankers gliding by, accompanied by the sound of lapping waves. Because to be honest, I found the food standard a little uneven. I only tried the Chinese food from their menu that had Western choices too, so my comment applies only to the former.
Of the three "zi char" dishes we ordered, I liked the "Sambal Prawns" ($16.50++) most. They came ready peeled and tasted fresh. The appetisingly spicy "sambal chilli" they were cooked in was of the sweet sort. Proving decent was the "Kang Kong Belachan" ($8.50++) but the "Fuyong Hai" or crabmeat omelette ($12.50++) seemed to be missing its star ingredient. Yes, the egg did its part of being adequately fluffy and fragrant but if there's no crabmeat to be seen, I suggest renaming the dish as well as adjusting its price.

Which is a huge plus, cold noodles are just turn off. Cellophane noodles were fried with lots of dried shrimps and they nailed the sauce into every one of our tastebuds. #crab #thaistyle #food #love #life #yummy #foodporn #instaeats #instagasm #foodpics #foodoftheday #burpple
