Portion was quite big considering it’s the small bowl! Soup was really rich in flavor and salty. Sadly it contained msg as we felt really thirsty after. Nonetheless, good service and decent food.

Prefer this spicy ramen that you can choose your preferred level of spicy and the portion was quite generous.

Soup was quite thick not too spicy. If you are a miso fan, then you may like it :)

Thank goodness sensibility prevailed and I didn't go guns-blazing gung-ho with level 5 spiciness for my Yoruton Ramen ($12.90 before tax). Level 3 already had me panting like a Saint Bernard in tropical heat. 😝

Close-to-opaque, the signature soup at this Japanese ramen restaurant is known to be rich and creamy. It certainly was but I found that it's also a bit mild and lacking saltiness. If you are after something a little more exciting (like I was), their "Kara Kara" version is a good choice. After I stirred in the spicy stewed minced pork that had been plopped on top, my bowl of ramen was decidedly more aggressive in flavour.

Folded in a simple style, the gyoza skin was crisped on one side but left silky on the other; thereby giving each bite more texture. Although I could have done with more filling, the overall taste of the gyozas still managed to satisfy.
