mango was super juicy and sweet🥭🥭 there's also mango sticky rice inside!

Now this is one hidden gem in town you need to go to! Despite being located just a stone throw away from orchard central, the prices, quality and portions were all really good 😍 Here were some of my favourites:

Deep Fried Chicken with Garlic ($8.50) - this is one of the best renditions I've had from a Thai restaurant. The batter was light and crispy, and the chicken inside stayed really moist and flavourful. This was extremely addictive 😍

Deep Fried Sliced Fish with Sweet and Sour Sauce ($16) - the fish slices were flaky and super crispy 😍 absolutely loved the sauce as it was tangy, making it not too surfeiting. A very good dish to order to share!

Olive Fried Rice ($8.50) - I loved how the rice was not clumpy and filled with savoury fermented olive flavour and some smokiness. The portion was pretty huge so you can order this to share!

All the dishes ordered were hits 🥹 I can't believe I only know of this place now! Definitely coming back to try other dishes 😍

Finally tried Korat Thai cafe, well known for being taken over by the Muttons just last year and their dedication to keep the menu as delicious as it was previously. I was pretty satisfied with this fun bowl of Tom Yum Mama that’s a simple crowd pleaser. Because who doesn’t like gathering around a hot pot and slurping up instant noodles? The sauce was on the creamier and tangy side, and it was not as spicy as I wish it could’ve been. The ingredients were pretty good - thick and meaty roast pork, bouncy meat balls, fresh prawns, sotong, and a dash of crab meat. If you’re sharing between 2, this is guaranteed to fill you, but if among 3, you would probably have some space to get other sides to share😛 Ambience is exactly what you’d expect from Orchard towers, literally just a space with plastic chairs and foldable tables that can allow for more flexible group arrangements. Staff are all pretty attentive!

The 5 prawns were decent, but tang hoon was v dry

The coconut came in almost a foam state. Coconut and rice were ok, mango was v sour so overall meh

We got less spicy, it's not very spicy which is perfect

This is delicious, they nailed the flavours. Savoury and with wok hei

If you're here, you should try this

I was at amk for the famous bkt and found that the hawker centre was under renovation. Decided to try this Thai stall at blk 450. The pineapple rice of $6 was tasty with 4 medium sized prawns I finished the whole plate of rice. Will come again.

Went to Warm Up Cafe and ordered a Basil Pork Rice, Pad Thai, Garlic Pork Rice, Boat Noodles (Small), Clear Tomyum Soup, Green Milk Teas, and Thai Milk Tea ($66.90 after gst and svc charge)!😇 Overall ratings 7/10! Mains was decent, but Green Milk Tea was a bit too sweet, and the Boat Noodles soup base was a bit too strong🥲 Might head back again to try other mains next time tho😁

💡: check out their $9.90 lunch deal at the last page 😉

Their signature classic thai dishes like fish cake ($12.90 for 4) and one of my favorite pineapple rice in Sg ($8.90) generous bites of pineapple, prawns and squid + fragrant sweet pineapple rice 🍍💯

dessert is your classic mango sticky rice ($8.90) in butterfly pea blue🦋 all reasonably priced 💗

serving the #instafamous Leng Saap Volcano Pork Ribs with a waterfall of Garlic Chilli Sauce🤪this is a medium size at $19.90 can feed 3-4 sharing!

This Thai restaurant situated hidden at the corner of Tanjong Pagar Plaza on level 2, but they still attract many people especially those working around to come for their valuable lunch set.

Many options to choose from for their lunch set, that accompanied by a side dish and drink.

I went for their melting egg with basil pork, topped on plain white rice. Fluffy egg but definitely not melting as the name said. But still tasty with the basil pork.

Air-conditioned shop so you can beat the hot weather and enjoy your lunch.
