A basic banana leaf rice set that comes with aromatic curry that goes so well with the fluffy rice, 4 side dishes (the highlight was the yogurt cucumber for me!).
Everything was super yummy! Finished the whole portion of rice because the curry paired so well with it.
Friendly owner who kept checking in on us because we look like banana leaf rice beginners. Even offered his homemade Indian tea for us to try!
It’s a bummer they only open on weekdays (10-3pm), otherwise I’ll be making this a weekly affair.

This Hokkien Noodles is recommended. The noodles are covered with all the sauce:) is the taste that hardly find in town

Spot the yellow grills under a giant tree that’ll lead you to Segambut’s hot fried chicken spot. Dive straight for the Fried Chicken With Rice (from RM11) that sees crispy and golden skin over juicy meat. You can also order these deep-fried babies sans rice – perfect for protein-heavy days. It’s served with a delicious chilli sauce that'll cost you an additional RM0.50 for more, but it’s worth every cent.

One of the better poke bowls around with cauliflower rice option, which means a more premium price.
