An interesting hole in the wall cafe with champion barista. The matcha was interesting with a nice mix of coffee. Refreshing to take from the heat of KL.
And the Almond Tiramisu (RM 14.50) 🍰 was a delight, with its sponge cake that was sweet and creamy, with moderate coffee note and then topped with bits of almonds and sugar for that extra crunch.
For the chocolate lovers, their Finest Belgian Extra Dark Chocolate (RM 12) 🍫 is sure a treat, with its strong, rich, and deep, with a thick consistency taste that melts in your mouth. Comes with a small piece of ginger cookie too. The chocolate drink just hit differently.
Their Salted Egg Yolk Croissant (RM 10) 🥐 had a runny savoury salted egg yolk sauce that elevates the chewy, mild flaky and crispy croissant to the next level else on its own was pretty normal.

Nice place to chill your time away and did I forget to mention about they had a variety of books on the bookselves for you to loan and read while you are there? Also, the back alley of this cafe is quite instaworthy.

This humble bakery may not be the fanciest and just look like any other traditional cake shop, but it certainly has the best apple strudel I had so far.
Their signature Apple Strudel(RM 30) is perfectly flaky, buttery and filled with warm, cinnamon-spiced apples that melt in your mouth. That smooth custard, freshly whipped cream and caramelised sugar on top adds an extra oomph to it.
I should have brought more.🤤
I am so glad to found out they got pick up point at JB recently. Definitely going order ahead and travel in to get it. JB sell RM 35.62 per loaf.

Maybe not as good as Lady M but delicious enough. The matcha millie crepe is good stuff, but maybe matchaholics have higher expectations. Overall, yummy cakes.
