Another spot that puts interesting twists on the classic burger is the Burger Junkyard. Their signature style consists of buttery brioche buns, and a magical concoction of different cheeses that are steamed, then poured over a freshly-cooked patty. The Buffalo Soldier will surprise you with its char-grilled chicken thighs slathered in scallion root sour cream and buffalo hot sauce. For a classic beef burger, the Brooklyn Burger's addition of pineapple and aioli make this a finger-licking, messy affair that's worth having!

some liked it, some did not, some thought it was pricy. it was okay for me. anyway, it was a good gathering and catch up with friends.

It has been a long time since I had this burger, so I do not remember the name. I do however remember that it was a good burger, so it was definitely worth trying.
