Certainly not the most visually stunning dessert. But this classic warm apple pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream is absolutely my favourite feel-good dessert — Cold texture of ice cream complementing the warm, gooey apple filling of the pie with a hint of cinnamon… … a comforting & nostalgic sweet treat from my childhood memories! 😍

Affordable and delicious meal. Attentive service staff. Casual and cozy ambience. The signature sirloin steak was succulent and flavourful. Done medium perfectly as requested. Garlic bread was fresh and soft with a little crispy crust. The mushroom soup was warm and rich. Top up a little to include the garlic bread, mushroom soup and drink. Completed my meal with chocolate brownie and vanilla ice cream which was addictive and satisfying.

this place literally feels like home for me, specifically this outlet that’s reminiscent of old diners 😢 food is very reasonably priced and steaks are good! love the option to top up $4 for a soft shell crab. generous portions of sides and a set meal top up with minestrone soup (enjoyed this) + drink! recommended for cosy family dinners or chill dates 😉

Buddy Hoagies is offering discounts of 10-40% off selected items! The grilled pepper chicken ($9.50+) is my usual order. The meat is tender, not at all fatty and has a great charred flavour. I usually opt for fries and vegetables for my sides, but thought they might get soggy so I switched it up to baked rice and onion rings instead. A bummer that the rice doesn’t come with cheese as you would expect it to!
