I don't know why they're flat, but they're flawless.
(From left) Pineapple, tori shioyaki, butabara miso, butabara garlic mayo, tamago, sweet potato. The meats were not great, which was very disappointing for an izakaya. The sweet potato was quite dumb lol.
Aka fried squid tentacles. Done well. Addictive. No complaints.
