Bomb's Kitchen is a western food store located in a coffee shop of an ordinary looking coffee shop, and serving an ordinary looking chicken cutlet.
So I was rather surprise, that the chicken cutlet was rather good, portion was rather big, and the chicken was so tender, juicy and the batter was crispy.

Sambal sauce is good. Maybe should have more sauce, as it makes the chicken a little dry.
Great portions and higher quality ingredients than your usual coffee shop western food. Just that the fries although freshly fried, were a bit greasy. And the mushroom sauce was a little bland and watery. $6.50.
Amazing lunch I had. The food is remarkable, portion is reasonable also.
However it's not airconditioned so try to go during dinner time or a more cooling day.
