Egg yolk whipped with marsala & brandy served with a savoiardi biscuit. This will do in lieu of a birthday cake I SUPPOSE. If you are lucky enough to visit Beppi's, I highly recommend this dessert.
Home grown zucchini flowers with ricotta, basil and porcini mushroom filling. Amazing.
