Its vibe goes well with that picturesque sunset view by the Quay as the orange hues gives way to gradient shades broken up by the clouds. A shout out to the crew who always takes care of me and awesome to always bump into @emily_ehs 🙌

This would probably suit those who prefer more lighter and refreshing flavour profiles for their cocktails — found this to be pretty manageable to finish even though I don't have cocktails very often. Said to be a blend of tropical flavours and Peranakan elements, its floral and aromatic yet well-balanced — rather calm and soothing while the accompanying sesame crisp gives that roasty crunch.

Everything at Bee Bee's comes with a Peranakan touch, and the bruschetta is no exception — bread crisp that is topped with tomato and burratta seasoned with Peranakan spices. This was an amazingly refreshing light bite to munch on with the juicy diced tomatoes and a bit of zing that runs at the back of the tongue that helps to cut the richness of the burratta. Works especially well in between the stronger cocktails that they have.

This one's for the Misfits but always stands out from the not so boring crowd along side lime, lemongrass, ginger a hint of galangal & Kaffir like leaf. A middle finger - FU*k U to the Extremist, Cross shaped minded legion of Traditionalist. 🖖🏻

Spice up your cocktail routine at this new bar along Boat Quay, which doles out Peranakan-inspired bites and cocktails in a fun, laid-back setting — great for tipples with the girls. The people from the popular Five Ten restaurant are the same guys behind Bee Bee's, so expect the same punchy plates. The food selection is very compact, with only three items of the menu, but it changes every one to two months, so there's reason to return. For now, consider the Babi Braised ($8) topped with achar and an oozy egg, or one of two bruschetta options — the fiery Tuna Tartare Bruschetta ($7) comes spiced with basil, ginger flower and a host of other Peranakan flavours, while Auntie Mary's Bruschetta ($6) is topped with tomatoes and burrata. Pair these with beers from the tap ($8/half pint) or go for their cheeky and fun cocktails, all uplifted with the same Peranakan flavours. Try the Flora Nangka ($15) that shines with jackfruit, or the tropical-esque Sorry Not Sorry ($15), which sees a blend of bright, fruity ingredients including red dragon fruit, soursop, lime and galangal.
Avg Price: $25 with a drink

The cocktails range from the hello kitty to the punchy - the bourbon-based Respite is literally served in a metallic fist - whilst elsewhere a small selection of bruschettas and Five Ten's braised pork rice (yes) round up the grub selection.
