First time having a fried milk bar, and greatly enjoyed it. Each piece has a light yet crispy exterior, with soft and chewy filling inside. I think this is usually taken as a dessert but we had it as sides to counter the spice from the rest of our dishes lol

This hot & sour chicken offal dish is notable. We don’t usually opt for innards, but heard this is good - and it didn’t disappoint. The intestines & gizzard are chopped small with nice chewy texture. This dish is good for non-spicy eaters too!

Another staple! Can’t go wrong with laziji. Racing and scrambling to get them fried chicken bits is part of the dining experience
Ba Shu’s is no different than the others I’ve tried; doesn’t make it not likable though. Enjoyed it like others :)

Imagining this hot, numbing soup in front of me on this cold morning! This soup has always been a staple on our orders whenever we go Sichuan
This is arguably the most numbing soup I have had but still sooo good! Fish is plump and soft, comes in very small pieces, with the generous savoury and hot broth

One of better Sichuan restaurants in Singapore. Great variety of Sichuan dishes, at a fraction of the price of Si Chuan Du Hua. Excellent service, although staff’s English is poor.
