My first time having Indonesian beefball soup, although I think it is a big thing back in Indonesia! Beefball soup was served in a clear broth but it was rich in flavour and refreshing, a good complement to your spicy and oily ayam penyet meal. The beefball itself was somehow really bouncy yet tough at the same time, which made me feel like the texture was a bit weird.. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the soup for what it was!
