Grilled Chicken (Ayam Bakar Ojolali) ($7.43) consisted of grilled chicken, fried tahu & tempe and vegatables (lettuce & cucumber). I found its too dry for grilled chicken and probably need to add chili with chicken. I am not that type can take spicy easily. For taste otherwise, the grilled sauce is not that bad and its best to add some gravy inside rice. I also prefer to order thigh (extra $) than without thigh for grilled chicken.

Fried Chicken Set ($7.30)

😋💦Salivating the moment this plate of sinful gold 🙌🏼 arrived. How to resist a fried chicken thigh🍗 topped with crispy crumb accompanied by their housemade sweet chilli? Impossible!!! After being around for so long, their fried chicken is just fried perfectly. Loved every bit of the crispy golden brown skin and the texture of the rice after the crumb gets mixed in!! Be warned though, the chilli is really quite spicy🌶! Order their bundung to quell that heat quickly!

Also recommended is their ox tail soup ($8.90). Rich Soup broth and melt-in-your-mouth tender ox-tail in this must-order side!

Hearty soup for this weather found on level 3 of Lucky Plaza. ☔️Normally I'm here for their ayam penyet/bakar but we decided to share an oxtail soup too!

Really shiok and belly warming stuff! Full of tender meat that falls off the bone but man, it was such TORTURE! After recklessly spamming the super shiok kicap sambal, my mouth was on FIYA🔥👅🔥, only to keep making worse with hot soup. 😂

One of our favorite Ayam Bakar place.. Chicken was well marinated and the help-yourself chili is shiok-max.. Sup bakso's really good too.. Served piping hot, a must have each time we dine here..

The grilling method brings out the sweetness and savory from the marinade. The 'char' bits give the chicken another layer of flavor. @danielhungryhk

Surprisingly the ayam penyet is not half bad for a ayam bakar joint. Chicken is juicy beneath the crispy exterior. Chilli is awesome.
