Thumbs up šŸ‘ to this Taiwanese- French fusion dish šŸ˜‹, and egg is definitely one of our favourite food! And now we are missing Taiwan and all the tasty taiwanese foodšŸ˜¢

Lots and lots and lots of practice with many a scalded hands and blistered fingers, burnt milk and over flowing bubbles.

That aside this was a super delish eclair! The pastry was firm but light, the filling was creamy chocolate with blue berry jam. It's rich, fluffy and light. Why can't I find something like this outside. Where are all these chefs going?

Star Feasts ā€“ Fun Taipei (ꘟé£Ø宓 ēŽ©å°åŒ—) is a food tasting conference organised by the Department of Information and Tourism, Taipei City Government (TPE-DOIT) to celebrate the release of Michelin Guide Taipei 2018 as well as the inaugural Bib Gourmand selection for Taipei.

As Taipeiā€™s food culture enters the international spotlight, TPE-DOIT invited Kai Ho, the head chef of Taipeiā€™s newly-awarded one Michelin star restaurant TaĆÆrroir (ꅋ芮) to Singapore to prepare one of his signature Taiwanese-French fusion dishes for guests to enjoy. Members of the Singapore media were invited to taste the delightful signature dish and learn more about Taipeiā€™s position as an ever-evolving landscape of exciting food and culture.
