Ah Yat Kitchen (Far East Plaza)

This was super eggy - for those who love a strong egg flavour. Honey and butter made it even better, but wouldn't mind more honey to pair with as well!

These buns had q sweet Char Siew fillings, and altho they can't beat those from Peach Blossoms, these were still decent.

NGL low-key hesitated posting initially because didn't want it to be crowded. Would totally go back again for their food, but do note they close quite early tho!

Had a good sesame taste, and came with a generous amount of red bean, but could be even more crispy and fragrant!

It's a must try!! Loved the yam and pumpkin flavours, and it was so fragrant and crispy. There were also some water chestnuts within, giving a crunchy texture. If I had to nitpick, it was just slightly too greasy.

These aren't the milky kind - there's a strong salted egg taste, and was slightly grainy, which I personally liked!

Came with a slight crisp exterior, and pairs well with the chilli!

For prawn lovers, you would love how they are so generous with the amount of prawns within - there's literally 3-4 prawns in each Siew Mai.
