This stall opens 24 hours everyday, so you can actually get your kway chap or duck rice fix anytime.
I found their kway chap is more on the sweet side, while the meat remain the braised taste.
Meals at unearthly hours just somehow taste 100 times better. Maybe, cause due to the limited option of food lah.🤣 If I recall, I had this delicious Kway Chap Braised Set Meal($5.50) at 1am plus plus.
It was a whooping tastisfying meal at that hour. Large silky thin sheet of Kway in a bowl of light herbal soup with hint of bean sprout aftertaste.
Together with a plate of deep & savoury braised pork belly, pig skin, pig intestine, fried beancurd, tofu and egg to complete the glorious set and satisfy the hunger.
I like how the intestine were clean properly with no funky taste and the slippery soft pig skin. Pork belly were fatty too.
The chilli here was more of sourish than spicy.

Discovered another good kway chap stall in Hong Lim Food Centre!
The kway is good, and not too lumpy. I like the pig’s intestines too; very tender with no smell. Other assortments in the set includes braised pork belly and tau pok. Cheap & good!
Braised Duck Rice.
