PRICE: Crabby aglio olio $12, Mushroom carbonara with truffle oil $8

WAITING TIME: Less than 10 minutes

So well cooked, so flavorful. Pretty generous with the crabmeat and garlic.

A different feel eating here - uncles milling around, rushing to ask you to order drinks and delivering fishball noodles to the wrong table. Cheese smell of the carbonara was strong which I like, and the roasted pepper pesto pasta was special, tasted kinda like a heavier, more aromatic bolognese (actually it's roasted peppers and nuts i guess? :D) Heng they ran out of penne, and not their linguine!

Ah Bong's Italian is a gem for those who constantly crave affordable yet delicious pasta (I'm one of 'em!)

They definitely have the best kinda Italian comfort food! 😋 #burpple #singaporeinsiders #eatoutsg

Every time, upon seeing the name on the chalkboard, I would be ecstatic and torn at the same time because I know I have to make a pretty tough decision for the day. I definitely can't resist charred leeks, which are so sweet, with hint of truffle and generous chunks of chestnut. And another plus point, this is a vegetarian-friendly dish.

They ran out of Mac & Cheese 😞 so Ah Bong made Linguine Carbonara for me! Yum.
