Frog egg bubble tea? How it gets its name is because the tapioca pearls become white in the middle when cooled thus it resembles frog egg and this is how the name is derived. I enjoyed the Aiyu jelly with lemon and frog egg pearls. The pearls are very soft and less chewy as compared to other boba pearl but still tasty. Very refreshing and most suitable for the hot weather 😎
They have several stalls in Taiwan, you can find it in most of the night market
