3/5⭐️
-pancakes are much denser than the regular jp soufflé pancakes and had a spongy and cakey bite to them. reminiscent of macdonalds hotcakes. they’re made with a special organic 7 grain mix so pretty healthy?? ;)
-the vanilla bean flavor of the ice cream pairs well with the not so sweet pancakes
-syrup is a tart strawberry purée blend~

($12.90) lots of umami. legit grilled eel, not like the sticky processed ones u typically see from a jp supermarket (note the bones tho, but i personally think they’re still p edible lolz) and super mellow raw egg yolk and flufffy egg white.

PRETTY GOOD BURGER PLACE FOR BROKE PPL LIKE ME😋😋😋😋😋 AFFORDABLE N FILLING YO 9/10. why not 10/10. coz personally for me the cheese fries ARE REALLY JELAK. sauce tastes like if queso dip and margarine had a baby. it’s p good but can get rly sickening if u eat too much.

ok but let’s talk abt the burgers tho!!! JUICY ASS BEEF BURGER AND BEAUTIFUL CHARRED BUNS. BUTTERED BUNS. AND THE SIGNATURE SUACE IS like tomato purée and thousand islanD MIXED UP IN HEAVEN. it’s p good 😋😋😋

🍜truffle ramen ($16.90)
nice nutty truffle ramen with earthy flavours. they did nOT scrimp on those truffle slices. maybe that’s why there’s only 2 slices of char siu 3 HAHAH jokes. noodles are nice and springy !! neither too soft nor too al dente (like some places give rock hard noodles rip…). my friends and i agree that it’s almost reminiscent of angel hair pasta??

highlight is def the mellow creamy onsen egg which brings the flavours together. plus the truffle slices. lots of umami followed by what i believe is konbu sprinkles??? the char siu is p okayyy maybe 8/10 tastes like regular charsiu in ramen, a tad tender but not SUPER juicy. LOL but yo do yourself a favor and try this when you don’t know what to eat in orchard😋😋😌🤝

✨on weekends, the queues can get crazy long so try to come early, say like morning or brunch period ;) this as a breakfast food is OP
SUPER SUPER springy noodles!! as springy as tigger from winnie the pooh. that’s a weird ass comparison but it’s really so bouncy, not soggy even when soaked in the delicious savory soy sauce.

🍗duck meat is pretty gd, duck meat does have a reputation for not being as tender as chicken but this one was nice , salty and juicy with a non odorous duck flavor.

🥟let’s talk about the star of the show tho. the wantons !!!! first word to describe them: definitely velvety. soft wanton skin that almost melts in ur mouth, followed by a juicy mince meat filling :))

🙋🏻‍♀️just a little fyi: if you can’t get enough of these wantons, the stall also sells them frozen, so you can always buy a box home and boil them w broth at your own time ;) wanton forever <3

soft and rich salmon under a tangy and oh so slightly spicy wasabi mayo sauce and poppy masagos !! the salmon is so fresh and literally melts in your mouth. i beleive the mayo they used was kameya wasabi mayo which is a reputable brand for putting LEGIT wasabi into their mayo and not that silly horseradish nonsense. so expect a really sweet subtle spice😘😘

ok hear me out. i don’t think anyone will spend 4.90 on 3 small stix of dango uninhibitedly but once you try it there’s no going back. a soft and chewy mochi rice ball glazed with a thick and sticky, sweet and salty soy sauce 😫😫😫 whats there’s not to love?

grey egg cubes (the color isn’t sus, but i forgot what ingredient makes them like that) in a salty spice blend. texture is similar to a hybrid of tamagoyaki and steamed tofu. think of a firm, sweet steamed egg tofu. i believe the minimum order for this is at least 2 skewers/chuan!!

unsolicited warning pls don’t be silly and just ask for 辣鸡 which literally means spicy chicken but sounds like rubbish😍😍
numbing spicy chicken in sichuan spices coupled with some bits of fried fatty chicken skin and crispy dried chili. wish a few bits of the crispy chicken were less dry tho!!
