Indeed a hidden gem in JEM!

Tried the lavender waffle with carrot cake ice cream and it was superb. Waffle was fragrant and you can really taste lavender with every bite. If you love carrot cake you will love this ice cream, it's one of a kind! Strongly recommended to try!

Also got the maple butter waffle Topped with Salted Hojocha ice cream. Quite a good combination.

The coffee was amazing (we had the Iced White) - 9.5/10 up there with good coffee.

Ordered the Yogurt bowl ($11~) & the Avocado Sourdough ($12~)!

Food was okie... can make the Yogurt at home. Might not be worth without the Burpple Beyond sub. But nice.

We ordered the Breakfast Set ($24), Beer-battered Fish & Chips ($22) and the Roasted Boneless Teriyaki Chicken ($22) - not bad!

Portion sizes were satisfying! Okay quality.

Great place for hangout though, with plugs and WiFi. Coffee is pricey but worth it.
