Hidden at the corner of the HDB block, you find a eatery selling tze char and all sorts of Asian cuisine.
One of their signature dish would be the salted egg, and this time I choose to get the pork ribs version.
Surprisingly the pork ribs super juicy and the salted egg tasted too sweet for me, while the spicy hint still there.
Was attracted by the nice photo of the sambal stingray. Thus decided to give it a try.
The sambal is quite good, spicy, sweet and flavourful. The stingray though, was a little overcooked.
The creamy Salted Egg chicken rice is quite good here.
