This feels like brunch.

Skipping breakfast just for that fancy all day breakfast to be eaten during lunch time. 🍽🥐🍳🥓 oh well~ if it's makes me happy, why not? All Day Breakfast! Scrambled Eggs, Smoked Sausage, Bacon, Shrooms & a slice of our Toasted Pannetone Sweetbread made fr Natural Yeast. the REAL deal lasagne - minced pork loin slow cooked in a tomato & mushroom red wine sauce; layered with béchamel, mozzarella & parmesan. Absolutely absolutely yummy! ^^v

sent via @latergramme black truffle carbonara!

I really liked this even though pasta ain't al dente. 😻

Coffee time?

:) I want to remember all the happy moments in life only.

Lychee Bed Of Rose

Soft creamy sponge with a hint of lychee and rose. Delectable!

Black Truffle Carbonara

Black Truffle Carbonara ($14.90)
Black truffle infused fresh cream, Parmesan, mixed mushroom & bacon
Available at @NicheSavoureuse
It tasted very rich and creamy truffle taste, topped with thinly sliced truffle. Yummy.
But can't say for its Iced Matcha Tea ($4.80) which lacks of tea flavour, and sweetness.

Meatball Spaghetti

The newly renovated cafe has more seats and new savoury dishes now. The rustic marinara sauce was good, with al dente pasta. The large meatball had a very earthy, basil taste to it. Overall comforting and homely feel to it. I could do with a bigger portion of pasta though. At $12.90, it is rather expensive.

Lemon Meringue Tart

Visually appealing because of the dramatic effects of the meringue. Taste-wise it fares well with the meringue giving a marshmallow-like sweetness atop the slightly tart lemon curd. Texture however felt a bit off; the whole tart seemed a tad too wet and rather mushy as a result. Still, rather decent for the money.

Red Velvet

Bought a cake home and continued to chill my Friday night away. When I first saw the cake, I thought the size is quite pathetic for $5.90. But at least the taste packs a punch. Love the thick cream cheese layer that has a coat of raspberry jam or something. The cake may look thin but it's soft and fluffy. The meringue went well w everything. Now I'm craving for more 🙊

Some cake to combat the Monday's blue?

Strawberry Fields($5.90) from @nicheboulangerie would be good 😋 Really like this quaint niche cafe which I could still get good cakes all the way till 10pm though some would be sold out. They also offer quiches & even lasagna.

Tiramisu ($5.90)

The taste of cream, cake and a slight hint of rum was hosting most of the party, while the coffee made a late entrance as an aftertaste.

Strawberry Fields ($5.90)

The layer of cake seems firmer then usual cakes. It has this 鸡蛋糕 feel in it. Strawberries were mildly sweet and fresh!

A Mouth For You?

Niche Boulangerie, opened just next door to Creamier. A rather small bakery but offers quite a variety of good bakes. They offer lagsania, pies, quiches and brownies apart from their cakes.

They recommended their tiramisu, black diamond chocolate cake and lemon meringue.

But I got my eyes on red velvet and their seasonal fruits medley tart instead. Their bed of roses - lychee rose martini cake look enticing as well!

Red Velvet Cake($5.90)

Quite a slim slice for its price but red velvet cake layer was moist. Unlike it's other red velvet sisters, it's wearing an interesting meringue hairdo!

Beauty Delicate Tart

Can't help noticing that cute small kiwi, does kiwi come in that size?
