7 Raffles Avenue
Level 3 The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore
06:30am - 10:30pm
Its variety might lose to some buffet but it's taste will NOT. Every dish in the buffet was delicious!!! .
Fresh seafood especially the oysters. Their must try would be their roasted meat. Excellent service and comforting atmosphere! .
For those who is thinking where to go for valentines, this is the place to GO!
🚨🚨With seemingly every protein available and a greenhouse worth of fresh vegetables for you to choose from, this smorgasbord of colors and textures and flavors would make even vegetables haters reconsider their dietary options. I personally went ham on the beetroot, pomegranate and mozzarella balls 😜
Colony at The Ritz-Carlton offers seven "live" conservatory kitchens that showcases Chinese, Indian, Malaysian, Western and local dishes. Please read my review at www.hungryghost.sg

Here's what you can expect
Calling all seafood lovers! Plan your next buffet indulgence to Colony for an ocean-fresh buffet spread that would have you staggering home. From king crab legs to half shell scallops and poached prawns, the extravagant seafood selection just begs that you dig in without abandon. The rest of the spread too is equally worthy of its hefty price tag ($188 per person, inclusive of unlimited Moët & Chandon champagne, selected cocktails, housepours, draft beers and soft drinks). Expect refined dishes that are full on flavour — think laksa with a lobster ball, foie gras, herb-crusted roasted pork belly, Peking duck, burrata and lobster rolls. There are several live stations to check out and plenty to eat, and the sun-filled environs gift a cheery, relaxed vibe to the whole affair. Bring your sweetheart or your best friend, whoever can make their money worth best.
Avg Price: $190 per person

Burp. Wonder if we can ask for a birthday candle on the turkey. #RCMemories
(With Cockles too!) I got a weakness for all kinds of laksa. Haha..
LIVE DESSERT STATIONS - including thai ice cream, matcha crepes, smores, churros and MORE, plus a wide array of the freshest seafood and oysters... I cannot. Catch them just 4 times in a year!
This quarterly affair is something definitely you CANT miss if you love food. Legitly fresh oysters, lobsters, live dessert stations, it's a buffet like NO OTHER. I bet my name on it. I honestly haven't seen anything as amazing as this one.
Thank you Bryan for this opportunity. Really. Best damn buffet ever?!?!?!?!?!? The company was pretty amazing too! 😀 P.S. My iPhone photography skills got level up.
Be prepared to be awed by a veritable calvacade of food options in the comfort of resplendent, sun dappled surroundings. Dining here is a spectacle for all your senses -- Boasting an insanely luxurious looking seafood spread, well executed sushi and sashimi, salad bar, charcuterie, glass shelves houseing dainty looking hors d'ouvres, carving station with peking duck, roast pig and beef wellington, hot food from Western, Indian and Chinese cuisines, cheese smorgasbord and dessert section with ice cream, macarons, chocolate truffles and live crepes suzette station, etc. Whew. You'll be overwhelmed at first glance and most defnitely spoilt for choice.
Pro tip: Even if you decide not to go for the champagne option($188++), they still have a "welcome" drinks station which eventually moves from the entrance to indoors. Enjoy free flowing Aperol Spritz which works just as well at getting your brunch buzz on.
With a staggering choice on extravagant display. Dig into ocean fresh oysters, lobster, prawns, mussels, scallops and more. The snow crab claws stole the show for me, with sweet succulent flesh that comes out of the shell whole with just a tug of your teeth, pincers and all.
Crisp mini chocolate cones with my choice of Colony's housemade ice-cream in Vanilla, Strawberry and Earl Grey. Let me just say, it's impossible to stop at one with these things 😋
Price per adult: $188++ includes freeflow of champagne, $138++ includes freeflow of juices, tea and coffee.
If you'd like to know how good hollandaise should taste like, try Colony's eggs benedict. Silky smooth and slightly tangy, the buttery sauce drapes a perfectly poached egg like a glossy, golden waterfall of deliciousness.
As if the folds of ham and wilted spinach on buttery brioche weren't enough accompaniment, why not top it off with lobster as well? Because you can.
