Visited Burp with some friends this evening and I must say...: the service is amazing.... the staff are super polite and attentive, patient and just overall awesome. Good on you Burp for knowing that service matters! Other than that I really liked the food as well - had the lychee cocktail and pulled pork nachos , both were excellent. My party had burgers and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. Will be back very soon!
The Korean beef bulgogi with the gochujang aioli sauce is my favourite dish at @burp.bedokrsv!

Cosy place to chill out, have some food and drinks, then a stroll by the resevoir seems perfect for a Friday evening !
Thank you so much for inviting us !
Blog post will be up in a week and see what we have to say about it ! So please keep a lookout for updates :)!
The juicy rendang chicken burger is too wet for the bun. The lower part of the bun broke when I tried to pick it up to eat 😞😞
They really do have the best views! Full length windows looking out on the reservoir, it's as though you are sitting right beside the reservoir but sipping your craft beer in the chilly hideout. The Bulgogi tacos was very well seasoned 😊 Buttttt if only there was less fats on the meat and a sauce for the nachos, that will be perfect xD
Love this quaint little place which little seem to visit despite the nice view of the reservoir! Prices are nett and food are awesome! Delicious tacos and burgers available. Pictured is Mother Clucker ($12).
Awfully comforting to have on a Monday morning to chase those blues! Imagine sinking your teeth into a crispy toast with a extra satisfying crunch filled with overflowing beef chili, cheddar and mozzarella cheese, warming your heart (and stomach) up with those umami flavours! Accompanied with tomato soup, (what is it for?) to dunk in your toast for more flavours!!!! Available @burpkitchenbar in 3 version - Sloppy Joe ($14 -pictured), The Man-Wich ($14 - filled with pulled pork 😋💦) or just go good and simple with the Mushroom Melt ($10 - with sautéed mushroom and caramelised onions!)
Who says Bedok doesn't have any nice cafes? @vanschua and I popped by @burpkitchenbar at Bedok Reservoir to try their Crabby Patty. It wasn't bad, a whole soft shell crab made up the "patty" sandwiched between two soft charcoal buns and slathered with a copious amount of salted egg sauce. But it wasn't GREAT. You know? Charcoal really served to simply add colour, the salted egg sauce was a little too diluted and more sweet than salty, the shell (or skin) of the crab couldn't be bitten through properly. But I must say, it was nicely breaded and fried. The bar grub was a little too pricey and this burger was an eye-watering $18 with a sauce plate sized amount of potato salad. Yes, that means no fries. Well then. Humph. I would say drop by for a coffee, and share some bar grub. But don't go expecting a hearty meal here.
I am very happy with this shot and so glad it turned out well.
Back to the food, from baked eggs to tacos and burgers, Burp Kitchen serves a whole menu of comfort food that will surely make sleeping beauty sleep even longer. Take for example the Ultimate Burp Burger ($20) which comes with a brioche bun sandwiched between a beef patty, bacon, beef chilli, sunny side up and melted with American cheese.

Simply made of potato hash, sautéed mushrooms, minced pork chorizo and cherry tomato, a savoury combination. To prevent it from getting too dry, they added tomato soup in, though it can still get slightly greasy. Highlight is the two perfectly poached eggs on top.
